OUR SOMMELIER RAFAEL REYES “CHENCHO”, BEST SOMMELIER OF SPAIN 2011

We are very proud to announce that our young sommelier Chencho has been proclaimed Best Sommelier of Spain 2011 in the National Championship celebrated in San Sebastian in November. After several years participating in different provincial and national competitions, Chencho has managed to win the most important award in our country. His effort and professionalism has been rewarded and he has dedicated the award to all the Spanish Sommeliers.

The Spanish cuisine is fashionable, like our wines. For this reason, we make the daily effort to update our knowledge of all developments that appear on the market.

Our extensive wine list, wih more than 300 references, offers a large selection of wines both domestic and international.

These days we are celebrating our young Sumiller´s achivement because he has been proclaimed the second best Sumiller of Spain, in the National Championship, which took place in Valladolid the 11 of November 2009. We are very proud of him because the competition was very hard and more than 60 sumillers from all over Spain participated in it. Chencho is 26 years old and he is already a big promise in the wine world.

It is a privilege to have a professional of this caliber in our restaurant and hope to celebrate this award with you all.
